I've been served by one of your rudest member of staff this morning, that Asian man, every time I see him never a smile, never great or anything like that, few weeks ago I heard him swearing at the back too, I also saw him using a yellow tong which is meant for vegan food to grab my almond croissant and the other staff, a lady with medium length hair which didn't tied back her hair serving people like she was doing us a favour!!!

Cafe Nero is a cozy spot with a consistent vibe, ideal for casual visits. The coffee is decent, and the menu has a good variety of snacks, though nothing particularly stands out. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a comfortable place to relax or catch up with friends. While the service can sometimes be a bit slow, it?s overall a reliable choice for a quick coffee break. An average experience but worth visiting for its convenience and atmosphere.

Been here on a Sunday, queue was long but I has craving for a coffee.
Only one lady serving as the other two were doing coffee training I guess.
I asked for white mocha with cream but I got a normal mocha , no cream .
After I left I realise it was wrong and I felt bad to go back and join the queue again.
I been here before and lets say I am still giving it a chance to change my opinion about Caffee Nero but so far not the best .

Oriental woman served me after making me wait despite no other customers in the queue, had attitude and served me with no basic hello or thank you, prepared hot chocolate after wrongly charging me and heated the drink to lava temperature and wasn't able to drink till I drove home! Train your staff with basic customer services and manners.

As I visited first thing in the morning I didn't have to wait and I had no trouble finding a seat. I did enjoy the plant based raspberry crossaint.
