I hired an upholstery cleaner for a week and ordered a 1 litre bottle of shampoo at £4 + VAT and got two cheap tablets, no warning on the website. I was firmly told on the phone that is all I am getting. Rip off, not a company to trust.

Booked 600mm manual tile cutter. On pick up box did not look right to me so asked assistant is it a right tool. He was yes, that the one and we dont have other. When it was time to use it became that is much smaller than I booked. Rang customer service after 10 waiting, operator was, let me have a look for you, and then hanng up on me. Called office in Crawley, no worries came and pick up another, we have different size. Poor customer service, won't use it again.

DiY customer. Hired a medium duty concrete breaker for removing fence posts. Great service and a very good price. Would recommend over other hire companies in the area

I phoned Brandon on the Saturday prior to the Monday when I intended to hire a compactor, I wat told the hire charge for a day would be £20 +vat which would be £24 in total, when I arrived on Monday I was charged a total of £49 including vat, when I said I was quoted £20 + vat I was told I was wrong without any explanation.
This was the third time I have hired from Brandon and on the last two occasions It was not explained to me how to use the machine, I had to figure it out for myself.
I won't be using Brandon for my hiring in the future.
