Very very rude staff reported faulty air machine which cost us £1 accused us of lying also said we didnt know how to use the machine ! Told us no one else had complained argued with us and refused to do anything about it..

BP petrol stations never seem to trouble themselves with pricing competitively and this one is no exception. The place also looks well overdue for a bit of a refresh. I decided that I did have enough fuel left in my tank after all.
