Unfortunately after taking my Daughter last minute to Boots at County oak retail park last minute to buy some fake nails, we were greeted by completely empty shelf?s, 27/05/25 evening time, thinking this would be the place to head too but I was wrong,
Then BOOTS wonder why SALES / targets are down as this can be bought on Temu at half the price, BOOTS don?t help them self?s as this is a main line product or they have staff they don?t understand how to restock and place orders,

Had an uncomfortable and overall unpleasant experience with one of the staff members at the till. I was with my grandmother buying some things for myself and approached the till. One of the items was an age restricted item. I am 21 years old and would be happy to provide identification, yet, instead of addressing me who has been at the till the whole time, the woman grabs the item and looks to my grandmother standing behind me and asks HER if she has any ID ??? Not to mention she said it in our native language? I would be happy to provide ID but this was quite unprofessional? it felt culturally disrespectful and Im very shocked at this, will not be returning.

My baby needed medicine of course we needed it early Sunday morning. Here it said it was open at 9am and said Confirmed two weeks ago. Guess 9am and 10:30 are the same thing!!!

Staff are nice but also not enough of them and they are very pedestrian with pace?so there are perennial long queues here. I?ve now decided it?s never worth it to shop here anymore.
