Yet again the pharmacist turned up late half hour this time 10 customers nearly all waiting for prescriptions left before she turned up, this is a regular thing particularly on a Monday and Tuesday. The young lady was very apologetic and looked embarrassed to be fair the staff are always friendly but are let down by poor management and pharmacists who regularly turn up late for work, if it wasn't for the fact I can walk there I would go else where.

Terrible service. Always claim they have not received prescriptions, make you come back 4-5 times in a day to check because they never answer the phone!!! Would give 0 if I could.

Closed for lunches between 12:30 an 1:30 doesn?t tell you that on opening times came all the way from a village in Uber maybe update ur opening times to let people your closed at lunch time because most stay open

The staff are friendly but the opening times are frustrating, being near several schools and shops it would be handy if they opened at 8:30 allowing collection of prescriptions before/after school drop off on the way to work, there is always a queue at 9am. Secondly the online times stated don?t reflect the lunch break when the pharmacy is closed, having turned up previously and having to go back again later, also they get busy and often don?t answer the phone.

Worst pharmacy ever. Why the wait is 10 x as long as any other pharmacy I will never know?! They need to find a way to speed up - it?s ridiculous!

Friendly staff, very helpful, sometimes there is a bit of a wait but being along from the surgery this is hardly surprising.

I've been going to boots in maidenbower for 25 yrs, and the service is getting worse, not enough staff, been told my prescription was not ready have to go back this afternoon, I put my prescription in Dr's last Wednesday, so why does it take so long to get it ready. Was told they need at least 10days for it to be done. Ridiculous

Long wait times, poor stock quantities. Seems under staffed and over worked. Multiple times have had a prescription be missing items and have to come back another day
