Large boots in the shopping centre. Had plenty of Christmas presents and plenty of offers too. The shop has 2 levels, gifts upstairs and the perfume shop downstairs. They have mainly self checkouts for cash and card.

I handed a prescription and mentioned I have missed few days of my medication on a Wednesday. The prescription woman with glasses said to me she will have it ordered that day and will be probably ready next day Thursday. Friday came no text and my husband came to check at this Boots pharmacy husband said they are only ordering it today and will be ready Saturday. This means if it was a serious health issue required medicationMissing your meds from Wednesday your DEAD on Friday. This is appalling. I wish BOOTS read this and make an action and monitor work ethics. I wish they experience same as did. Not to.mention Boots Pharmacist was late that at day as well.

Couldn't accept medication for safe disposal today and I had to ask a member of staff just standing in the shop floor to serve me at the till. I didn't want to use the self service check out.

Boots has lots of products, in a good location of crawley in the Mall,but no people on a till to serve you, plus not enough till to even use cash.

My wife and I were shopping in Boots in the County Mall on 30/8/23 at about 5 p.m. We asked a boots member of staff for help with make-up. She said have to ask the make-up member of staff, which we did. That make-up member of staff shouted at my wife because we didn't want to buy a tester on display as they all looked opened and used with no security protection. We asked if we could try the draw to see if there were any unopened products, but she accused us that we already opened the draw in a raised voice. We did not. That's why we were asking for her help. There must be cameras to prove that. (Even though in the past we were asked by the staff to check the draws to see if there were products with security protection, unopened products). She also said to my wife she was too close but people kept walking in between us so had to get nearer in that already too-tight corridor. It was uncalled for to be so graceless to my wife/us. Shocked by the graceless behaviour my wife purchased three products in panic. When we arrived home and had a chance to check the products in peace, we realized the three products were opened and used and almost empty. We would like the behaviour of the make-up member of staff to be investigated.Also, why there's not enough security protection on most products so that most people can test the products as if they are testers? There's no difference between the testers and the products that they sell to people in some of the sections. Probably that was the reason why she was being disrespectful, but that's the management's fault, not ours. We were too decent to ask her to find us an unopened product. It's proof her accusations were baseless and out of being disrespectful to decent customers.

The Pharmacy department never answer the phone, I tried calling them 6 times, no answer. Called another Boots branch and the staff even said they are awful at picking up the phone, this really needs improving

Needed to speak to someone in the pharmacy and I tried to call several times. No one even bothered to answer the phone. Appalling service by a pharmacy.
