What's is going on with the layout in this store, products all over the place. Upstairs then downstairs, it was very annoying, probably won't be back, can get the products elsewhere where shopping is less complicated

Perfectly nice boots. Staff were friendly and shelves were mostly full and tidy. I did find it to be organised in a somewhat counter-intuitive layout but there was plenty of clear signage and staff were happy to help.
Re wheelchair/step free access:
Plenty of space to move around if you?re a wheelchair user, but it is on two floors so if you can?t use an escalator I think you?d have to go out and use the shopping centre.

Waited 45 minutes for consultation, staff didn't know what was wrong and prescribed for an infection after stating it probably wasn't an infection?? Also decided to consult outside the consultation room in front of other customers so privacy was forgotten about ?

Staff don?t return on time they allways late it?s now 20 passed 2pm still no return this is daily there are sick people waiting for prescriptions and they literally don?t care even for the counter next to the prescriptions desk you gunna be waiting 25-30 mins with no one arriving and they post a sign saying 2pm what a joke

Didn't have any faith in nature shampoo bars for three weeks, now one of the shampoo aisles has been removed entirely and it looks like they wont be stocking it at all. Surprisingly few products considering it is a large shop. Never anyone around to ask for help. Lady at the no7 desk was friendly.

Shame really, but over time this pharmacy has become a very frustrating place to visit. Even their over the counter meds section. There are plenty of staff, but so poorly organised that you end up waiting unecessarily. Have often seen customers just walk off. A few weeks back they even had to close it as the pharmacist forgot to turn up. Not many alternatives for pharmacies so you have to grin and bear the low standards of this branch.

I recently bought a No 7 felt tip eye liner, when I opened it, it was completely dry.
I have tried to call the store twice to inform them but there is no answer. The phone just rings and rings

Leaving a one star review as bought a foundation and a concealer from Lancôme. A lady called Meryl served us. Spent around £70 which isn?t cheap for a foundation and concealer but wanted to splurge as saw good reviews on it. Originally on the purchase date, the lady was very helpful however advised me to get the same shade of foundation and concealer. I later went home and realised that the concealer needs to be lighter hence didn?t open it and just used the foundation. I came back in on my next free day with the receipt and the unopened concealer and the lady wouldn?t exchange it for a lighter shade as it was ?opened?. Really unfair as I never opened it in the first place and she was very rude about not being able to exchange it. She opened it right in front of us and said ?it?s been used? and turned around and continued with her previous job. Very unprofessional! Lady that works in the Clinique stand that apologised to us was lovely. Won?t be buying here again though, very disappointed ?
