I requested an official bank statement urgently for a visa application. I was told it would arrive in 7 days, but after visiting my branch and waiting the full period, I still haven?t received it. Meanwhile, my partner got his statement instantly from Lloyds. This delay is jeopardizing my visa application and fee. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of clear communication.

I often visit my local Barclays branch in Crawley, and I must say the entire team is always incredibly helpful. Every time I walk in, I feel genuinely welcomed and treated like a valued guest.
In particular, Polly and Diane stand out for their exceptional customer service. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to offer helpful advice when needed. Their professionalism and warm approach truly make a difference.

There is a girl working here, she is so sweet?
I didn?t get her name right. Otherwise I would write here name here. But it was close to cloey or celery am not sure. She helped me today and she is so happy and so much positive energy? I wish I could get her name right!?

I had a very positive experience during my recent visit to the Crawley Barclays branch. I needed assistance with obtaining a stamped bank statement, and the team were extremely helpful and efficient throughout.
A special thank you to Lynne and Diane, who gave me a warm and friendly welcome at the front area made the whole visit feel easy from the moment I walked in.
I?d also like to express my appreciation to Claire, who assisted me with printing and stamping my bank statement. She was not only professional but also genuinely friendly and kind. During our conversation, I learned that majority of the staff have been with Barclays for a number of years, and it really shows in the way they carry themselves and support customers. It?s reassuring and commendable to see such dedication and long-term commitment in a team it truly enhances the customer experience.
