Don't buy online. Delivery due 7 days when going to pay. As soon as I paid delivery stated for 2 months time!!! For a kitchen...
Had the 40% off doors promotion and they won't honour it changing to a different colour to get quicker delivery. Only option is to wait or cancel...
Called customer services told I would get a call back in 48 hours... A week later I chased and got a very sarcastic agent who said it would be within 48 hours.... It has been 11 days since chasing and no communication.
Do not buy unless you can physically get to the store as if not you are not guaranteed it until they deem it fit.

Awful service, sorry our wood trimming isnt open as we are busy doing other things. Then put closed sign out lol. Okay ill go to wickes and buy my wood and trim it myself. Not buying it here

My friend and I have just been into B&Q in Crawley . We just wanted to express how lovely the staff were there . Firstly Julie approached us and was friendly , chatty and very knowledgeable about the plants and soil we wanted to. She helped us sign up for a B&Q card and said that we would get £5 off if we spent over £30 . Then Harry served me on the till he was also very friendly and helpful and the £5 discount was much appreciated. Thank you B&Q .

Almost 20 years I am going to Crawley shop. Yesterday had an horrible experience. I didn't buy anything but when I was about to leave the exit door the alarm start to ring. Which was actioned by the security. I showed my bag and offered to see everything I had. It was said several times: 'Thats fine man!' I said I am not a man. Please manners. Never I was so ashamed and humiliated. I will not return to B&Q Crawley anymore!

Avoid using this store the attitude from sonia one of the managers is appalling definitely has no customer service skills. Returned a chainsaw as bits were missing, she tried to accuse me saying the saw had been used. Ehhh hello how I could I use the saw when the chain was missing in first place. The tool kit to fit it was missing, the oil mixture can was missing when I first opened it. Will be using wicks or screw fix from now on.

Had a really good experience at B&Q today thanks to Marianne. I was looking for multipurpose filler and paint, and she went out of her way to help me find the right ones. She was super friendly, knew her stuff, and made the whole thing way easier than I expected. Honestly, customer service like that makes a big difference. Thanks, Marianne!
Would definitely recommend B&Q?especially if you get someone as helpful as her.

Mmmm Iv used b&q for years I also have trade card for my business. Well to will be the last time I ever step foot back in a b&q .
I?ll give you my experience Sunday, I pre-ordered the stuff and pay for it no problem there I went to the store in Crawley first floor. I asked A woman staff member where I went to pick up my pee stuff she could just about muster up a conversation to tell me i.e. disappointed round there there?s a button. Don?t get me wrong that happens Now experience this disgusting smug patronising self member. I?m standing right next to the button you press ignores me then starts going collection I said I?m standing here after sarcastic comment while I was calling. I said that?s fine. He asked me for my order number with out even looking at me.
I said, I?m sorry, I forgot it. He l shook his head.
Then with a sarcastic rude manner said do you think that?s gonna speed things along then?. I said I have the name then he started mattering we?ve all got names. I said to him, please don?t rude and sarcastic to me .then His Reply was I?m not serving you now. He got his radio and said I?ve got a rude customer.
My reply was I?ve been rude to you as I said he was smug and sarcastic started laughing at me I lost it my fault I didn?t swear, but it will be careful you?re talking to I?m still fuming That?s my bad.
Danny started getting people involved and making an issue out of something that he started No apologies then the manager come I know, first he Wasn?t interested listen to my side
But I?m honest He was very calm and very polite. I said I?m okay. I?ll take my refund of my stuff. But we had a chat and he understood He said he would speak to the member of staff which he might he might But who knows?. But the manager help to very polite carm Unprofessional to me and that?s all I care about.
It?s a shame, but I don?t need to use B&Q. They?re not that cheap just handy but I?d rather travel than being treated like Dirt.
So B&Q Keep your trade card I won?t be using you again. You need serious training on your staff. And the way they Interact a tree customers

Affordable and I love it as a DYI shop but today I was in there to get some stuff to do a small DYI build project! I spoke to two different staff about what I was doing and they helped me with what I?d need. I was there for a long time and when I asked to get my timber cut up for me cause I?ve got a small car and I can?t fit the full length stuff in there I was only then told they don?t cut timber like that but only sheet wood?!
Their website or stores doesn?t make it clear even the slightest even picturing the image below with the type of wood I need?? What is this, false advertising and today was a massive waste of my time! I spoke to two staff about getting wood and having it chopped up? they didn?t say anything and after an hour of getting my stuff only then I was told they don?t cut wood like that??
Come on why say you?ve got a wood cutting service without actually cutting any wood? The reason was for health and safer reasons they are too long? The sheet wood is the same height if not taller!
Absolute false advertising and the part that they only cut sheet wood is faaaaaaaaaaaaaaar down the bottom of the page and tiny! I had to be on the actual look for it in order to see it! Absolute joke!
