Got a car parking charge for staying at Asda for 1h18 minutes. This is ridiculous, I went to McDonald's eat, and did shopping after, I didn't realise I spent more time than the parking limit to stay. Than receive the fine charge to pay, left to pay the next day, on the next day made exactly 14 days of the date issued and on the website only left the option to pay the full amount £100. A massive parking like that they should left people to stay at least 1:30 minutes. I normally spend a lot of money there because I live quite close to it, and normally walk there, but that day I went straight from work so drove there. I'm so disappointed with the agreement that Asda has with this parking company.

I truly believe this store should close. Another brand should take it's place. Asda is going downhill. Not only the shelves are constantly empty, one also almost never can find the desired product. The icecream fridge is always broken and all products there are not fit to consumption. Some melted all the way and then froze again others can be squashed between your fingers. It's good it as George products but grocery wise is very limited. Contrasting with the amount of area it has it is without any doubt the supermarket that offers LESS variety of products. Also I have my doubts about prices being fair trade. They keep increasing prices for products all the time all over the year. Once they made a big deal of false advertising by saying they had match the lowest prices of other supermarkets. It is true they did. But what they left out was that it actually increase them all. Because Asda had the lowest prices and rase them. The spot is also becoming a place with dodgy people, specially those hanging outside around the entrance. But there is plenty of dodgy people in the car park too. Unfortunately it is not anymore a shop that keeps the doors open for 24 hours. It closes at midnight Monday to Friday. At 10 pm on Saturdays and at 4.30 pm Sundays.
Around 8 pm shelves start to show up empty. Although staff does product replacement wile the costumer is shopping causing s mess on the isles it makes no difference. By 6 am they are still putting stock on the shelves. I guess to actually shop having all range of products one has to go there around 11pm. I went there for lettuce l, there was none. I went for other products: none. Other shops in town that are smaller have more variety and also you can find a Lot a lot of products cheaper elsewhere.

Did my weekly shop here, took 1:10 minutes according to the £100 parking ticket from Asda car park ? Now i shop at Aldi as its 3 hours free parking and a lot cheaper!

I?m giving this store one star because they?ve employed ParkingEye to catch people out. Like other supermarkets, I assumed parking was free for 1.5 hours, as it was clearly stated in bold. However, the small print is completely illegible, making it impossible to understand the actual rules.
The payment process is a nightmare?I called the store, searched online, and still found the instructions vague. I don?t go into a shop intending to steal, yet I feel like I?ve been set up. I?m 63, I served in the army, and I still work six days a week. The last thing I need is to be tricked by unclear signs and a confusing system. There was no staff around to assist, no clear guidance, and not even a trolley attendant outside. An absolute disgrace. I will never step foot in this store again.

Superstore? maybe, superhero absolutely not. The staff are great though and all deserve a pay rise, the company would literally not survive without them.

Ordered 2 deliveries express online and both not come 1 cancelled and one just didn't turn up brought take away took over week for payment back in account been 3 weeks no call back as promised and only asked for 40 pound compensation. Such a joke.

Dismal, you go to the basket checkout to pay due to having a basket. Dismal and unprofessional shop worker. I asked her to unlock a till, so I can pay. But she told me to go to trolley paypoint. Does a basket look like a trolley? If Asda wasn't so close and convenient, ir take my business elsewhere. Absolute Dismal and disgrace. Do not shop here, unless you can help it.

After my parking fine ,even though I spent over £100 in your store I get it now, spend 1hr or 1.5 hr to get a free parking, and to get further insult, wait around for not so interested miserably staff who feels like you're bothering them just to help you ,Wow !!!..sometimes they avoid eye contacts because they don't want to help you or pretend they are busy or act like you're invisible! I have few issues at the moment with you're store , next time I won't be so polite and nice to these so called employees of yours !..Teach them customer services, and how to be helpful and not to avoid customers ?

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Asda Crawley. I was misinformed by two staff members about a promotion, and when I raised the issue, the manager, Dan, instead of addressing the miscommunication caused by his staff, he dismissed my concerns, accused me of being abusive (which I wasn?t), and had me banned from the store. I believe this treatment was racially motivated. Extremely disappointed with Asda. This is not how customers should be treated.
