Closed to public, the people currently living there cause local residents problems. Mainly a lot of noise issues late at night. Hotel seemingly do not care when complained to.

"I have had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel for the past three months, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warm hospitality and exceptional service that has been consistent throughout my stay. The staff's dedication to making guests feel welcome and cared for is truly commendable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness have made my extended stay not only comfortable but also memorable. Every aspect of the service, from the impeccable housekeeping to the thoughtful concierge, has exceeded my expectations. I am deeply grateful for the efforts of everyone here and will carry fond memories of this place with me. Thank you for making my stay so special."

I don't write many reviews, but I can't help myself here.
Last year in February 2023 I flew from Switzerland to Mexico and had a stopover in London. Our flight was canceled from London to Mexico and the lady at the British Airways airport booked us a room at this hotel. When we arrived by taxi, migrants were already outside and stopped us; the entrance was blocked. They couldn't speak English and one of them tried to tell us that the hotel was fully booked. Then another came and told us that the hotel is closed. Our taxi has already left. People wouldn't let us even go near the entrance. I wanted to speak to the hotel manager and after 20 minutes a bald man wearing a suit came to us outside and asked us in detail how we ended up here. We noticed a lot of women wearing burqas and with lots of children on the terrace above. Where the entrance was blocked off, they kept opening and closing because old cars with migrants in them were driving in and out. The "hotel manager" then booked us a room at the Hilton and a free dinner... I saw that as a means of keeping quiet. When we arrived at the new hotel and showed our IDs, the employees at the reception all looked at us strangely and whispered to each other. I felt like I had seen something I wasn't supposed to see... I guess we were in the wrong place at the wrong time. And if this was booked by the airline, then I think there's something wrong. I still have a strange feeling to this day.
