Balazs showed me how to use the various fitness equipment today. He was excellent in coaching me and telling me about the benefits of each machine, and also warning about the hazards of doing things incorrectly.

Well equipped and clean, small but mighty. And 3 hours free parking in Asda, just need to validate at the door. Balazs was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful with membership options. A great friendly club, will come again when I'm next passing through!

Lovely quiet gym with good equipment and an overall really nice and friendly vibe. I also highly recommend Parisa's yoga classes, completely beginner friendly and help so much with recovery after a good workout!
