Worst place to get Eyelash extensions! We agreed on a natural look. Whole process was a lot of tugging harshly on my eyelashes and not even saying what was happening. I don?t know why my eyelashes were getting plucked so painfully. Eyelashes and glue would keep sticking on my lower lashes preventing me from opening my eyes. When she finally finished, it was nothing like the natural looking pictures she showed me and I was immediately upset! Instead of making it work when I said it looks too heavy it keeps blocking my view she said well that?s what full set looks like and defended that she does this everyday, it?s not her first time. I would keep lifting my eyelashes and she keeps telling me to stop pulling them when I am just lifting to clear my view and unfortunately would have to keep doing it to keep it from falling down. It does not look natural and the glue is very thick and heavy. When she talked to her manager in front of me over the phone, she just kept speaking an Indian language right in front of me so how am I to defend myself when I can?t understand a single thing they are talking about me. Poor service, unprofessional staff who just thinks they do their services perfectly every single time, no apologies, just blamed me the whole time. Talked to the manager and still paid full price of £70. Walked out of the salon crying for the bad treatment and now I?d have to look where to get them removed. Would never go here ever again. They don?t care if they did a good job or not, if the customer is happy or not, what?s important is you pay for it and that?s it. What a shame I had to experience this kind of service. All eyelash extensions I had before were gentle and to my satisfaction, if it wasn?t they remedied it. Not this one. Terrible terrible service..

I?ve been going to angels beauty parlor for about a year now for my Hollywood wax and I would not go anywhere else! the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the service is amazing - very quick and professional, they made me feel very comfortable while having the wax done. I?m always pleased with the results, this is the best place in town to go to for waxing x

A spontaneous visit - won't be returning!
I went in to get a set of acrylics removed, I was immediately put off when she bought over a plastic tray and filled it up with acetone. I've always had my nails wrapped in cotton wool/tin foil for gel removal. Anyway after about 10 mins my fingers started to feel very warm, then she came along with a filing machine, it felt very harsh and she pushed so hard at points I winced in pain, which she just laughed at. Then I had to dunk my poor fingers again. 3 times in total. I was in there for over an hour while she attempted to remove them with a wooden cuticle stick! She said it was coming off in layers which I'd never heard of before! Anyway I left the parlour with funky shaped, sore nails, which are still layered in acrylic! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I will wait for the pain to go down and get them taken off properly in a few days. Never again..my friend who I met after also didn't have a good word to say about the place either!
