I tend to order the Beef Brisket Ramen - it's delicious. I wish they can serve it hotter because it's only luke warm. In terms of the food arriving, the service is pretty quick and you get sat down pretty quickly too. The only thing gripe about the service is, they don't always top up the spoons and forks on the table (not everyone can use chopsticks)! Also there aren't enough of the thing where you can get the spoons from. So when you're sat in the long bench and it's busy, you have to disturb the other customer to get the fork, etc if you need it.

We are Wagamama fans. We eat there all the time. We have been to Chichester branch a couple of times and whilst not the best we have enjoyed it. But today, 28th December, we went, there were 5 of us. It was busy. I understand that 5 is a difficult number of people to seat. We were asked to sit to the side until a table became free. We waited 25 minutes as groups of people were seated before us, but not in groups of 5. But, after 25 minutes a group of 5 arrived and were offered a table immediately. We left in disgust.

Our server rob was amazing, super chatty, very informative & friendly, my boyfriend has a nut allergy & he made him feel safe & like it wasn't a problem at all. Food was delish! Vegan teriyaki chicken was my fave ?

Food excellent, staff polite and welcoming, but sat for 20 mins waiting for our waitress to remember us after we asked for 5 mins to choose drinks, eventually had to go and get her. Staff seemed more concerned prepping tables than checking existing customers. Meals for four arrived sporadically, firstly two, then after couple of mins one more, then after a good five mins the final one.
Extremely noisy venue, with music playing on top of the loud talk.
I would rather of given feed back directly to Wagamama, but couldn't find that option on the website.
I would still recommend this restaurant as I think we just had bad luck on a busy Saturday.

As ever, fantastic meal with Charlotte and the great team at Wagamamas. Even on a Saturday night we were served quickly and with a smile. The Yuzu cheesecake is amazing and my partner has become obsessed with the Edamame ?

Had a wonderful time here with the family, the staff were friendly and helpful, and very good with the children. The food was amazing as I have come to expect from Wagamama, its difficult not spend all my money here!
The staff even warned me about ordering the firecracker chicken which made me giggle. I must of eaten it over 50 times now.
There is parking very close by which had reaonable prices.
I would certainly return if I find myself in Chichester again. Thank you.
Kid-friendliness: Staff were great with the kids.
