Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at Vodafone. I recently bought an iPhone 16 Pro and tried to return it, only to be told I was 3 days outside the refund period. I explained that I?ve been hospitalised with gallstones for the past week and physically couldn?t come in sooner, but they showed zero empathy or willingness to help. No effort, no understanding, just a flat refusal. After years as a loyal customer, this is how they treat people going through a medical emergency? Shameful service. I won?t be recommending Vodafone to anyone.

Huge thanks to Denzil who really helped us today, a day after my son was mugged in London, phone and debit card stolen, and £2500 taken from his account. Denzil helped swiftly sort out a replacement phone and was really reassuring after what has been an utterly awful 24 hours. Vodafone - you need more Denzils! He has restored my faith in you!!!

Went into the store today to genuinely buy a Galaxy 24 ultra, and the short stout guy with the beard looked at us and told me he couldn't be bothered to go through the specification 'again' after just wasting his time with another customer.
Bought a Galaxy S25 Ultra from the EE store down the road.

I have been disappointed by this store on several occasions. The staff are useless and seem very unwilling to help. They come across rather rude and hostile. The staff seem to make things more difficult and have continuously told me different information to what I have been told by Vodafone telephone service.

Switched my broadband from Sky to Vodafone this morning with the cheerful help of Jorja in store very quickly and easily. Great customer service, great price.

Poor customer service. Lack of respect and negative attitude. Seems they will not treat you right anymore as long as they got paid by their customers. Being from other race or ethnicity make it worse if you deal with some of their store assistants though not all of them. Great job in milking money from your customers while not motivated to address their concerns plus poor etiquette.

I walked in to the store this morning to get some assistance with my vodafone phone. I was welcomed by a young man (16?) Drinking his milkshake or something similar. Then to be told he couldn't help! Really unprofessional service. What has happened to good customer service??

Connor was so helpful and assisted me update my Vodaphone app and advised me on an upgrade phone with more storage. A polite and helpful person. Recommend this store highly.

Went in yesterday to change my contract, young man was of no help. Not the first time either, seem to remember the same in my last two visits. Zero customer care/helpfulness/willingness.. strange attitude, manager no better. Called customer services who were brilliant however. So localised issue

Totally incompetent. First assistant said I would be charged £25 for him to transfer data from one phone to my old phone so newer phone could be sent for repair. I said ok. I patiently waited while he served others or played with his own phone. He then said he had to go and his manager would take over. Neither of them realised that both phones needed to be connected to the internet then 3rd assistant discovered it couldn?t be done because older phone is too old. This took half a hour but to be fair she was actually helpful where as first assistant and manager were incompetent or caring. This took 3 hours and 2 trips back to the car to pay for parking.This after trying to organise a repair service online through Vodafone and that system failing, I thought a visit to a shop would help. Not helpful at all. Furious.
