Great relaxing place to go and get new glasses. Very friendly staff giving excellent service. Eye test was the best I ever had. Everything explained in layman?s language that i could understand. Good advice given to best choice of glasses that suited my face.
All in all a fantastic experience that I would recommend. Chichester is a beautiful city as well. Well done to Staff at Vision Express.

Popped in for some sunglasses for my partner for a Christmas presents. And I was greeted by friendly staff . I was helped by a lady called Martha who couldn't have been more helpful and managed to entertain my two young kids why I looked at the great range off sunglasses.

This store is the worst vision express I've ever come across, my daughter was with another branch in London till moving here and the experience has been the worst!! have to have an eye test to be able to order contact lenses after only 8weeks from the last test, the optician that did the test told my daughter her prescription had changed from a 6.5 to a 3?!! After questioning the big change I was basically told.. Well I did the test.. So we went to different opticians to be told that she's still a 6.5, when I went back to vision express and told them we had been elsewhere and it should still be a 6.5... the receptionist said oh I'm very sorry about that, that optician is just an agency worker and they won't get her back again!!! I put in an order for contact lenses on Tuesday 10th October and told they would be ready for collection on Friday 13th October... went in store to collect only to be told by the receptionist (the same person who ordered them)... oh I'm sorry I forgot to order them! I'll do it now! Worst service ever!! My daughter will not attend school without them as she has experienced bulling, this store needs to be managed better or the staff need supervision!
