I have had only positive experiences in this store, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, they don't try and sell you the most expensive phone but the one that suits your needs. They retain staff so you can go back and speak to the same person. I used to buy new phones direct but since dealing with CEX Chichester over the last couple of years I find they are by far the best option. We had an issue with a phone purchased online and this was immediately replaced under the warranty, the prices are also good. This is not just a company to get young people their latest phone, they help older people too! What customer service should be.”
