My daughter went for first time. Brilliant salon. Really friendly and attention to detail was amazing. Dawn was so careful to make sure the style was right before starting. Highly recommend.

The salon is always very clean and tidy. You always get a warm welcome and Jo and Emma are very accommodating when it comes to my mobility issues.
With regards to my hair, they listen to what you want but will also make suggestions if they think they can improve on your thoughts. They're both highly skilled. I like the wide choice of treatments especially the one for calming the scalp.
Oh yes, the hot chocolate is delicious they welcome our dog too!

I have been going to Tony and Guy for over 20yrs now.
I have ALWAYS had Dawn doing my hair. The staff are all ALWAYS friendly , and the salon always feels welcoming. There is always time given for advice, clients are never rushed.
Customer Service , Customer Care, + Customer After Care is their Priority.

Friendly staff, I love the massage bed but 4 stars as on this visit it wasn?t heated and that makes a difference to how relaxing it is. Everywhere was clean and I didn?t have to wait very long after arriving on time. Dawn is an excellent stylist and has a very caring manner, a real asset to T&G. But the prices are steep £78 is a lot of money for a haircut compared with most salons. The only reason I keep returning is because the cut is better than elsewhere and the overall experience is usually more luxurious.

I have been going to Tony & Guy for years, i get the best quality of hair cuts from Rachel this is why I keep going back, I always get compliments after my visits. Its worth treating yourself, I know it's pricey but my haircuts last 3 months so it's worth it ?

I?ve been going to Toni and Guy Chichester for about 20 years and in all that time I?ve always had a positive experience. All the staff are friendly and caring and the stylists really listen to what you want. I really look forward to getting my hair cut there. I work with the public and I?m often given flattering comments about my hair and asked where I get it cut!
