The lettings team at Todd Anstee (particularly Andrew & Kristina) were fantastic right from the start through to completion in finding and securing me the perfect home to rent.The referencing process is all online through a 3rd party and somewhat challenging at times to complete. Kristina went out her way to guide me through it successfully!I never felt under any pressure and the team offered and gave sound advice at all times. I can?t recommend Todd Anstee high enough to any potential renters.

We were looking at renting a house and Andrew Greer showed us an excellent property but unfortunately that rental fell through.Andrew was relaxed and confident that he wouldn?t let us become homeless; I was really worried. He showed us a house that we had dismissed but it was just amazing. From the first look, we knew it was going to make a perfect home for us.We were never sold to or pressured, Andrew didn?t treat us like potential buyers but like friends. Nothing was too much trouble and his calm relaxed demeanour made us feel at ease.He helped us get the price we could afford and managed the painful conveyancing process.I couldn?t recommend Andrew, his colleague Nick Burdock and all the team at Tod Anstee highly enough.

The sale of our late mother's house at 26 Henty Gardens in Chichester was handled with great sensitivity and professionalism by Nick Burdock and the team at Tod Anstee. Dealing with a property on the south coast was never going to be simple for two sellers in the midlands, but there was never a hitch in the process, which has been concluded in a faster time than we could have hoped for at the start. Very pleased with Todd Anstee following my property sale in Chichester, especially Nick Burdock. I felt they understood the market better than other agents I interviewed and this was borne out by my receiving very near the asking price within a few weeks. Unforseen problems down the end of the chain delayed the whole process and my grateful thanks to Nick who was heroic in his chasing of the purchasers, liaising further down the chain, and keeping the vendors of my new home in the loop.

We have had the best experience with Tod Anstee. We rented a property with themselves for a year and they we so quick to respond to any issue. Also after we had left and moved onto another property, they supported us and were incredibly quick to respond with references. 100% recommend to use these estate agents for rental!

A very positive experience dealing with this estate agent. I found it a much more relaxed experience at a very difficult time compared to other estate agents I have dealt with in the past. Andrew in particular was very reassuring getting everything sorted. As moving home is often one of the most stressful times to go through, Tod Anstee made it all so much easier. A brilliant company!
