I went to purchase some boxers, the box when I went to the till didn?t have a label on them and there were no staff upstairs to tell the cashier what the price was. But, Nicky the cashier was really kind, ran all the way up to see the price and even stopped me buying the box I was originally going for as it was missing a pair. So she checked the size and ran down with an alternative and was really kind and professional during the whole process.

I like that TK-MAX shop in Chichester.There is always something cool eye catching useful stuff.I needed a new phone case for iphone14 pro max the nice lady at the till helped me out not to buy the wrong one,also filled me up with useful information about them and waited on me to go back and grab the right one.Fits perfectly hands down.She was very friendly and helpful Big thank you.

I spend a lot of money in TK MAXX Chichester on a regular basis and found a Champion beanie that I loved at £7.99 today. However, when I got to the till with it and a lot of other clothing (totalling over £150) we found that the ticket had fallen off. The assistant went to check with her manager who said it is £12.99 and they would not accept £7.99 as it had been priced, but if I found it online then I could order it in to collect! As we left the tills I saw the label was on the floor so I took it back to the till and asked for them to check it through the till. The assistant refused and took it back to her manager - they both went to the hats and picked up one that was £12.99, of a different brand, and returned saying that I had to pay £12.99 if I wanted the hat! Surely if they zapped the bar code I had provided it would have told them it was the correct item and was £7.99! I am disgusted at them!! I will NOT pay an extra £5 on principle! And I'm very tempted to return the rest of the items I have purchased for a full refund! Very poor customer service for a regular customer!!

Rude employees that doesn't know how to deal with gift cards and didn't treat me well as a customer.
I will not be going back.
