A very big thank you to the guy in the Chichester South St branch for the hand stitched repair to a leather bag I bought in. He did a lovely job on it and I'd have to look very closely to see any difference between the original stitching and his, very happy.

Had 3 different keys cut and none of them work. Timpson is usually good quality so didn't think I'd need to closely inspect the keys before leaving the shop. Two of the keys are visibly not the same shapes as the originals. Poor quality work, don't go here for keys.

Found one man 'Pete' very rude, told everyone in the shop 'wouldn't touch them with a barge pole' all my boots needed was a re sole! Utterly disgusted! How unprofessional! Got them done elsewhere! Thankyou Timpsons, I won't be back!

My wife bought a new pair of boots where stuck in the heel from time of manufacture, was a screw that rattled when she walked, and naturally would drive anyone nuts! Pete took off part of the heel and removed it and mended the boot, where you would never know he did it. Excellent job! Despite many attempts to pay him, Pete wouldn?t take anything for it, so we?re leaving him a review to let others know he?s a great guy and so helpful!

Pete is a great guy, asked if he could take a passport photo and he got the camera straight out, no messing around. Hes a great laugh, made me feel at ease and he even showed me on screen the checks he has to do in the site for the pictures and made it painless, absolute legend of a guy
