What a difference from the pub round the corner. Beer was good ( I?m from up North so it was nice to see a head) Food was fabulous and the staff greeted us like we were locals and despite being quite busy they had time for small talk. I?m no likely to be down this way again so all I can do is encourage you to visit. Proper Pub, real people.

This great pub has us wanting to return. We have dined in there a few times and the food never disappoints. Really good atmosphere and is always buzzing with people of all ages. The thing that makes it stand out from many others, is the friendly warm and kind staff . every one of their staff makes you feel welcome and valued.

FFS! Closed before 9:30pm on Sunday 25th August, before Bank Holiday Monday. Obviously no challenges in the hospitality sector in Chichester. Seemed like a nice pub at 7pm though short on staff.

Good selection of specials and standard meals. The haddock kedgeree with king prawns and a soft boiled egg was sublime.

I went to Chichester and In the park tavern and had mackerel and prawn kedgeree I thought it was absolutely delicious marvellous beautiful anyone who wishes to go to a local should try this establishment out and you won't be the slightest disappointed poppy served and excellent service and the right arm of attentiveness

Nice old pub near park . Great food and staff attentive. There is plenty of beer selection and good choices for sunday lunch. Will visit again soon as a nice atmosphere in here ,
