No clear signage inside to seperate post office queue from the store queue. Waited to be served only to be told i'm in the wrong queue once i'm at the front and had to wait again in the post office queue. Poor observation fron staff and very slow service.

I've been going to this co op for years for my business and Nicki is literally the politest person when it comes doing my banking. I always feel at ease and she is so lovely. Also a shout out to Wendy to for helping around the store she is so friendly and helpful and they really made my trip a lot easier! Thank you ladies ?

This store really stands out among its neighbours at Bosham North and Southbourne. Whereas the other local coops have friendly, polite and engaging staff, the people working here are surly, uninterested and downright rude. This has been the case for a while now and must be connected to local management culture. Avoid.

The restructuring at Delling Lane is nothing short of a disaster. Transferring the Post Office to the shop counter is causing so many problems. To a "Bean Counter "it probably looks good, but in practice it is not working. Staff morale is getting lower by the day, customers are empathising at the moment.

Just be aware that should you require any manner of postal services at times when 'service' has reverted to the main tills (when the PO 'proper' is unstaffed) - then for anything other than a book of stamps, you're gonna be fresh outta luck. Three times now I've now been in for something slightly more taxing - and on EVERY occasion, the staff have been utterly baffled (by their own systems). Waste.Of.Time.

There?s a massive sign on the side of the building that says ?post office , open when the shop is open? yet every-time I?ve been in there this week I?ve been told it?s not open as they?re staff aren?t trained properly to work it. Absolutely ridiculous. Clearly a training issue in this store!
