We have just returned from a couple of delightful days at the Beach House Bed-and Breakfast
Lovely place so welcoming Staff and Breakfasts fantastic - the choice was tremendous nothing too much trouble
Didn?t expect anything less used to enjoy meals there when it was a restaurant!!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and decorated nicely.

Just stayed there for my 30th, what a lovely room, amazing breakfast, and the people that run the bnb are so lovely! Worth every penny spent - will definitely stay again when I want to spend a day on the beach!

What a lovely place to stay! Beautiful room, so quiet at night, fabulous breakfast and lovely, thoughtful, friendly owners. Great base for exploring both locally and further afield, I'd love to return and would definitely choose the Beach House again. And our spaniel had a great time too (especially the breakfast sausage!).

Wonderful stay at The Beach House. Our room (4) was bright, clean and comfortable. Very tasty breakfast with lots of choice. Great location. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely wonderful experience here. My father has mobility needs, so we messaged ahead and were given the best room closest to his car park space. Pam and her daughter were the perfect hosts and made sure everything was just right in both the beds, room and breakfast the next day. In fact I?d say that was the best choice and quality of breakfast I?ve ever had in the UK! My son even got a magic trick and lots of board games, from our hosts, and a joke-off with my elderly dad!

We arrived at the Beach House at about 3pm and it was in darkness. At the side door we found a message with a telephone number on it so I rang the number. Pam answered and told me that she had sent a text message (which I had missed) telling me how to get into the house and our room etc but as I was on the phone she went through it with me. She also offered to send a text message telling me where we could eat.
Inside the property was lovely. Our room had been prepared really nicely and Pam and Lorna had prepared a table in the breakfast/dining room where we could eat a takeaway meal. An excellent touch and not one we have ever come across elsewhere. Being at the seaside we bought take-away fish and chips from the Boathouse chippy and ate it at the table.
We ordered breakfast for 9am and when we came down for breakfast there was lots of cold options available to get us started while we waited for our breakfast order. This again was excellent.
The following day we were visiting family and had a walk on the beach at West Wittering.
We had our evening meal at The Wittering pub which had been one of Pams suggested places to eat. Again very good; the barman was really accommodating.
Breakfast the following morning was as good as the first morning. We were more specific about our order because there had been far too much food on the first morning.
We left after breakfast.
Thank you Pam and Lorna for a lovely stay and we hope to see you again at some time in the future.

The Beach House in West Wittering is ?Simply The Best?. We stayed with our furry friend Bruno & were spoilt rotten by Pam & Lorna. The room was toasty & cosy & Bruno even had his own Towel! & doggy-treats. The room was so warm & inviting when we arrived & absolutely spotless. The breakfast was magnificent with a lovely selection of cereals, yogurt, Danish pastries & a wonderful fresh fruit salad. However, we decided to treat ourselves to the full-English & we weren?t disappointed. It was so delicious & Bruno was treated to his very own sausage ?? Thank you so much Pam & Lorna, we will be back again soon ?? & big cuddles & thanks from Bruno too ?

This is an absolute gem of a holiday stay! We had the top floor which had a separate bathroom/ toilet which we knew about before booking, but as our room was the only one on the top floor, this was no issue at all.
Beds very comfy (only wish they came in king size!), and lots of space to hang around the premises if you wish.
We found it very thoughtful of them to let guests use cutlery and plates for any takeaway dinners.
Breakfast is fabulous and lots of options ranging from full English, American pancakes and vegetarian.
The check in instructions were very clear and Pam and Lorna were only too happy to help us with any questions or any additional things we needed.
We would love to be back!
Rooms: Rooms are spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping.
Nearby activities: There is a little grocery shop just opposite the Beach House and a hair salon next door.
As there is no in-house restaurant, the nearest restaurant /pub is only around 10 mins walk away.

Perfect location for our getaway, The room was great and had everything we needed. Lorna is fantastic and so welcoming. Loved all the little touches for our dog including the treats and bowls. Breakfast was very nice and cooked perfectly.Bed was super comfy.
