I Bought a dessert here to bring back to the hotel, started eating and it tasted strange? looked at the label and it was 4 days out of date, felt sick after so very disappointed that a Tesco store would sell out of date stock

I am a local resident of over 10 years
*Mouldy fruit/veg
*ridiculously overpriced
*Very rare to see staff behind the till
*all the bread is really warm in winter from where they have an air con right above it
*the younger members of staff are really helpful, but the elders that have worked there a while are rude and seem like the last thing they want to do is be there/help you.

If you use Club Card, it is not possible to enter the application because there is no mobile coverage inside the store and there is no Wi-Fi . And only one cashier at the exit is not enough(

Be warned the staff lock up early sometimes so don't expect it to be open as stated. Update yes they close early, a good 30 minutes before closing.

Good location and normal tesco prices (not bumped up by city centre is a plus!) but everything is chucked into the building, leaving space a bit tight. Limited stock on a couple occasions.

Went to buy takeaway salads from the sandwich section only to be told they have run out of the wooden forks for them... several days ago. Hopeless.

Tescos Express Store in South Street Chichester,staff are very friendly and helpful too.its more of a convenient store,it's perfect for lunches to purchase,or maybe pick up dinner,milk,tea, coffee etc
