Putting a one star as the hygiene of this store is poor.
Attended today and the toilets have such a bad odour, like they haven?t been cleaned properly for weeks! Make me worry about the cleanliness of other areas in the store.

I love this chain and this supermarket ? Firstly, they care about every customer, they created their own TESCO club, which provides a lot of opportunities and privileges ??
Secondly, they care about people with disabilities! There are electric wheelbarrows at the entrance that people can use, and the area and distance between the display cases allows for shopping!
Thirdly, they care about the environment, they recycle waste products ??
These are always fresh products on the shelves. The range of products can satisfy the needs of every customer!
And your system of scanning products right during purchasing not only amazed me and causes admiration! How can you save both time and effort at the checkout, it?s so convenient ??

Lots of parking, cheap fuel 1.28.9 for unleaded. Good range of products, queue for till with some more that could have opened. Online shopping staff could be more helpful by parking their trollies in the centre of the isle, rather than alongside produce shelving, restricting customer access. Frustrating at 1000 on a Saturday morning.
Surprised to see Costa Cafe had Tesco staff heading the queue whilst customers were waiting.

Very poor experience with the pharmacy. Went for some painkillers for an injured ankle (easily strained due to lifelong disability) and after a 20 minute standing wait, was told by a very rude girl that she wouldn't serve me them. At the tender age of 40 and dealing with my ankle throughout, I know what I need and have never had this problem before.

Tobacco counter not open until midnight, despite other advertisements

We have shopped in-store, had deliveries and click-and-collect. Store was refurbished is 2023/24 and staff are friendly and supportive; especially at the click-and-collect. Store has sensory mornings before 9am; using low lighting and often soft music. Salvation Army have clothing bins for donations. Car park is prone to flooding in areas with HEAVY rain.
