Waited for 45 min to have an old woman for 20min taking my phone with her without asking, not been able to write my name and date of birth to find my prescription, informed her many times that it was a private system but when it was 20:00 she decided to stop working and use the excuse that the system shut down. Useless woman, incapable of giving me a solution when I had 39C of fever coughing my lungs out, 0 empathy, embarrassing.

Do not answer the phone ever. When you arrive they then download your prescription and then it takes 20 mins to dispense. Even though they have day the prescription days ahead and you can no longer phone to ask them to dispense as they do not answer the phone . Currently in a line of 10 people waiting to pick up the dispensed prescription as could not wait 20 mins this afternoon . However they close at 1pm so may not get to the front of the queue in time . It?s 12.15 ! What a terrible system . No customer care at all .

Dreadful !!! Never answer the phone and never have your prescription from the doctor. Have to wait hours for them to receive it and sort it out! Awful .

Excellent! Always queues, however this is no fault of the Staff as they work extremely hard. Go above and beyond to help you in difficult times.

For months they frequently have to close for an hour due to staffing issues. I understand that, but if they are putting a sign up at their counter why can't they also put up signs on the entrances so you don't end up shopping them learning they are closed.

Queued for 45 minutes to collect prescription, then told it was going to be prepared so waited another 10 minutes. Only to discover once I got home that one item wasn?t in the bag! This pharmacy used to be good, but now understaffed and badly organised.

Great staff working always hard at work under tough circumstances. I witness terrible behaviour from other customers. Why are people so entitled and rude! These people don't own the pharmacy...they work there.

Same issue as others, I tried to ring on Sunday to check if the pharmacy was open as stated on google before travelling there but received no answer to my calls. I would think this means there is no one in the pharmacy, but reviews indicate they just never answer.This appalling service has clearly been going on for months without management attention. Tesco seem to have forgotten how to serve customers and sell their products.

I've had the same problem as everyone else, they hang up the phone when you try to call. Chichester is very poorly served by pharmacies, someone with some entrepreneurial spirit could make a fortune filling the gaping hole of pharmacy serves here!

I can't thank this place enough my son has been at school crying with tooth ache we got into the emergency dentist and got here with our prescription with minutes to spare but the dentist had written it out wrong they couldn't process it but seeing my son in pain the man that seemed to be running the place offered to stay late so we could go back and amend the prescription what a wonderful man in this day and age when customer care seems to of disappeared this place shines through

Been phoning for over half an hour as they are supposed to be open and I'm desperate to know if they have my much needed meds. Phone rings and they pick up but immediately hang up! Seems this is a constant theme judging by the amount of reviews that state the same so why isn't someone doing something about this? Terrible customer service! The staff responsible should be disciplined for not doing their job.

I am currently travelling around the UK and therefore have to get my GP surgery to email my prescription to a local chemist.In this instance, this Tesco pharmacy was the closest to my current location.As many others have said, they don?t answer their phone! As it is an 8 mile trip to the chemist I tried calling to ensure that they had received the emailed prescription so that I didn?t do the journey only to find it wasn?t ready.After 4 unanswered calls to them I drove over. My GP surgery had emailed the prescription over on Tuesday morning. I arrived at the chemist Wednesday afternoon and only then do they ?find? my prescription so I was then told it would be 20 minutes to take 3 things off the shelf.They were not very busy with customers so I don?t understand why they continue, despite many complaints about them not answering their phone, they continue to ignore it. From what I could see there were at least 3 people behind the counter.I?ve had my prescriptions delivered to several other Tesco pharmacies and they have all answered their phones when I?ve called to confirm it?s been received and ready to collect.There are loads of people out there looking for work, hire someone to answer the phones if you?re overworked or can?t be arsed.
