Rude and obnoxious customer service. Worst subway I?ve ever been to

This has to be by far the worst subway I have ever gone to. The worst service by this lady in the Chichester shop on Sunday 10th nov 24 morning who claimed has been working for subway for over 10 years. She was very rude, cheeky and was acting super weird. There was no brown bread early in the morning and the sandwich was made in stale old bread and the veggies were super unfresh too. But also the way this sub was made was horrendous.
It was dry with uncooked old patty. I bought a footlong sub and requested if you could add jalepenos on one side but was told rudely that she won't do it as this would be classified as 2 different subs. This is the first time I have heard this in any subway across the world. It didn't make sense but the way she was talking and being cheeky was ridiculous. When I asked her, "then why did you cut it into two pieces?" She, believe it or not said "are you going to eat all of it like this, I can throw this one away and make you another one." I respect food and hence requested her not to throw it and hand it over to me. At one point she even had the audacity to tell me to post a complaint if I wished to and I am sure I will. I have been a subway customer for more than 20 years but the way this whole experience was will make me think 10 times before I enter any subway.

I went for my daughters birthday today with a few other children. The food was nice but we where all told by staff to keep the noise down. I would not recommend for parents to take their children. Shame no McDonald's nearer as better catered.

Yes it is a chain food shop, but you can greatly personalise your sandwich to your preference and they do not skimp with the fillings. Reasonably priced and good service with the friendly staff at this branch.

Something was added that I didn't want, I returned and the lady sorted it out for me. Very clean pace, polite people.

Fast and friendly service from Karyn and Nick! In franchises like this, am upbeat attitude,along with my platter, really makes a difference. I will return!

a shocking delivery experience ordered chicken tikka got chicken mayo not tikka and absolutely covered in BBQ sauce, threw it in the bin and learned to never order from here for delivery

Not the best subway i have had . Disappointed. Asked for a sandwich and did not put in half of the ingredients thats supposed to be in it . All i got given was melted cheese that tasted revolting , pesto and peppers . Got asked the audacity for them to change the gloves . Very silly question . Disgusting
