I go to Specsavers in Chichester because they are efficient, helpful and friendly. They take care of both my specs, and hearing aids and I always receive excellent care from people I feel are well trained and qualified. They are good value too, and I like to be able to pop in when I?m passing in the city centre

A fantastic experience. I bought 2 pairs of varifocal glasses on the 2 for 1 offer. The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable. Love my glasses and no adjustments have been necessary. Well done.

The Staff are very friendly and the manager is a really helpful friendly fella, but unfortunately I cannot were friendly staff as glasses, unfortunately they rush too much to listen to what people tell them about their eyes, I was ignored and the end result is that iv had to go back twice and after 7 weeks waiting I still do not have adequate glasses this isn't good as I have epilepsy and squinting isn't really ideal, the glasses they sent me home with i can only see out of one lens, its been nearly 2 weeks no phone call from them, Im basically walking around with really blurry vision, had they listened to me at the beginning this could of been avoided, nearly £500 , iv looked at other reviews and I wish I had done that first, I would of definitely gone elsewhere, KEEP AWAY FROM SPEC SAVERS CHICHESTER.
EDIT IV SINCE HAD A RETEST AND THE PRESCRIPTION IN MY RIGHT EYE IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO THE ONE GIVEN BY SPECSAVERS, THEY ALSO DID NOT NOTICE THE MINOR CATARACT IN BOTH EYES .

Terrible service in Chichester East Street Specsavers today. They have run 1 hour late for our appointment! Really unacceptable when it's a major mission to get here, squeezed in between working hours. Not the first time we've been delayed, but certainly the worst. Will not be coming here again.

The initial eye test was good standard, however the staff after that who dealt with all suffered with excrement breath through drinking too much coffee. At least have mint breath fresheners if you are dealing with the public or else it's highly offensive. Furthermore, the glasses they gave me are sub standard.
