Shocking customer service, I paid for 2 pairs of glasses, yet when I went to pick them up I was informed that I was only entitled to one pair because of anti glare rubbish, the staff are badly trained , not interested in customer satisfaction ,shocking company AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE if proof was needed about the incompetent staff, my wife and I booked 2 appointments online using separate emails , they cancelled one because we have the same surname unbelievable, you couldn't make it up. This if what happens when you pay low wages and employ uneducated school children, never ever again

Avoid at all costs. The frames provided could not be fitted by the staff in store. Using Specsavers for 27 years. No more. Got a refund.

Mixed review,I appreciated the care from the lady who completed my eye test, she was thorough and explained everything well, that being said; I?m not sure why you book a slot if you?re then kept 30 mins prior to the appointment in the waiting room. Looks like too many customers for the quantity of staff working!Maybe it?s my fault, but, I didn?t expect the appointment to take over an 1hour of my time considering the time it?s been from previous tests elsewhere

Two days before Christmas I unfortunately got a contact lense stuck in my eye. My GP were only accepting emergencies and advised my optician. I phoned Chichester Sainsbury store to be told there were no appointments. Being in alot of discomfort I begged for someone to at least spend a couple of minutes to look,but no even though being a customer of that branch. I felt the store unhelpful,even A and E would not help as emergencies only. .Thankyou Spec savers for your lack of help. Finally the optician in Wittering came to my rescue even though I wasn't their patient.

Very pleased with both of my new glasses! Opticians were brilliant !No more eye headaches! I have had very complementary comments from locals regarding the design of the frames and have been asked where did I purchase them from?I am sure Specsavers will be contacted shortly.Anyone thinking of purchasing new specs try Specsavers first you will not regret it.

I had to wait 10 mins but that's very okay as they were cleaning between customers. Lovely optician, very thorough and I appreciated the advice for dry eyes. Will definitely return.

11,8,21 I visited your store for the first time as my opticians closed down,booked online received email to confirm booking,and then a phone call the day before my appointment to confirm which I really liked very professional,The moment I arrived the staff greated me with a smile and great care,everything was explained in great detail about what was involved in the eye test,all went well and the staff where amazing,explaining every step of the way,got to choose a pair of glasses and then was told its 2 for the price of one,what more could I ask for,overall amazing staff amazing service and amazing price,the staff should be very proud of themselves,and yes this is a genuine review from a new customer
