“I made the trip to Chichester store yesterday to return some shoes I had bought online, as my daughter is having a long anxious wait for her refunds to go through. I spoke to Willow, who facilitated my PayPal refund by contacting head office, and today the money is already in my account. I wanted to thank Willow for her efficiency as I had been concerned that I may not see my money again! Now hopefully the systems centrally will soon catch up on their backlog and also process other peoples’ long overdue refunds. thank you, Willow!”

“This store in Chichester is divided. Fashion in one street. Food small coffee shop menswear in another street. Both small but you can usually get what you want here. Staff always helpful and welcoming. Good choice of products. Car parks not far from store all paying.”

Xmas gift boots were too small, but a free replacement pair were sent to Chi. Sadly, I didnt care for the hard leather, but found a replacement pair of softer leather boots. The store didn't have my size in stock but the new boots will be delivered in 10 days for free.
Throughout the process all the staff were friendly and helpful, and today Katherine put through the refund and replacement promptly and with a very friendly manner.
