Never known a place to be so friendly one day, then so prickly another day.
Having a problem with your card makes you a villain in the place.
It Astounds me so much unpleasant treatment. I can't believe she'll train some people to act like some of the staff some of the time.
Yet when it's friendly, it's friendly.
I've even seen someone chucked out the garage for doing nothing wrong, because the staff were having a bad day.
Let's hope it's friendlier the next few visits lol

Called in last night (31/01/25). There were two members of staff in attendance. One, a lady, was very helpful with the tea/coffee machine. The other, a man, took our payment. He , like the lady, was helpful and friendly.
The toilet area was very clean.

staff extremely rude and unfriendly, not allowed to use toilet either, prices for petrol about 8p more expensive just because they can as its the only station close to the witterings

A don?t care attitude. Blaming tourists for a blocked toilet. This is shell. Fix the toilet and as a service industry have a gracious attitude or get another job!!!!

Been last night about 8pm,the lady that was on shift was 100% unprofessional, rude, arrogant, disgusting.... I use shell with years, she didn't want to scan my shell plus card, did not give me a vat receipt, toilets out of order maybe a week or more, but that lady should not be working there. Would avoid that petrol station
