Never known a place to be so friendly one day, then so prickly another day. Having a problem with your card makes you a villain in the place. It Astounds me so much unpleasant treatment. I can't believe she'll train some people to act like some of the staff some of the time.
Called in last night (31/01/25). There were two members of staff in attendance. One, a lady, was very helpful with the tea/coffee machine. The other, a man, took our payment. He , like the lady, was helpful and friendly. The toilet area was very clean.
