Absolutely disgusting service. My wife and I wished to adopt some kittens in February, we filled out the relative forms on their open day and got authorisation from our housing association and whatsapped it to them.
Two months later, we still hadn't received any calls or messages, we went to the open day again and our application form couldn't be found, although they wouldn't admit to losing it.
Once again we filled out the forms and was told that they would be in contact. Surprisingly enough we haven't heard or seen a word!
We went to A N Other animal charity and are now proud parents to 4 kittens!
We wouldn't recommend this shower of .... to anyone!!

Looked very good from foyer, I dropped off some bit for cats after losing our cat (bluebell) I didn't go in any further coz I would have got a bit emotional ?. Staff seemed really nice

Have had a lovely experience adopting our cat, who were picking up today! The communication had been amazing, the initial cat we were interested in wasnt suitable for our young family but when they had a cat that came in that they thought would suit us they phoned to see if we were still looking to adopt! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you

Took all my dogs beds etc to Mount Noddy. As our beautiful girls had passed away. Gave us a good feeling of love that other fur babies will use them ?
