Went with my dad to donate some toys as he had previously got a dog from them. We was greeted by a very happy and beautiful staff called Woody. The staff are very polite and welcoming. Refreshing to see such genuine love and care towards the animals.

Noddy Skills puppy classes were brilliant, the group was small and calm, and we all felt like we were getting one-to-one attention from Sarah, who showed us how to engage and train our puppies with kindness and consistency.Myself and Rizzo learned so much, and our bond is stronger than ever. Popped in with a donation, the lovely Astra (greyhound) was in reception, the ladies on reception were very helpful. Dog/cat food/ bedding/toys on sale at very competitive prices.

They took in our lost cat and they groomed him let us collect him as soon as I heard they had him (Sunday) and were very polite.plus our cat seemed very happy with himself when we collected him ? so I think he wanted to go to have a pampering weekend away

I adopted my gorgeous Maine Coon in January, she's absolutely amazing. Checked over thoroughly by wonderful staff and vets, given flea and worm treatment and vaccinations. She's a real gem and slotted into our home like she's always been there.
