ALL BAD!!Sent 3 messages about a MH we were interested in and didn't receive a reply to any of them. Finally, we phoned and spoke to Jeremy and explained we were coming from France and arranged an appointment to view, this was arranged and details taken of our vehicle we would be putting in part exchange. We drove through some horrendous weather but still managed to make our appointment on time, really looking forward to seeing the MH. We walked into the garage to a man at a computer and confirmed we had an appointment with Jeremy to see the MH which was in the showroom. The man very rudely said Jeremy was doing a handover and the MH we came to see was now sold. We felt extremely disappointed and upset as we had driven from France and no one had the decency to ring and let us know.HOW CRUEL IS THAT!!At this point the manager appeared and said it was not a problem we have a newer model, but obviously this would be more money!! He was very patronising and any extras we asked about he just kept saying 'not a problem we'll through that in' but still no figures mentioned. When our vehicle was brought up he implied our model was no longer available, however we knew it was on the website with other dealers and been at the NEC show. He joted a few notes down and said he needed to send some emails regarding the value of our vehicle and would get back to us, hopefully by the end of the day.Knowing we had driven so far they didn't even offer us a drink, we had to ask for one!!We left the garage completely deflated and knew he would not get back to us and that he'll have scrupled up the piece of paper and thrown it in the trash!!Looking back we belive they did not want our MH, told Jeremy to stay out of the way and to get rid of us!The next day we anonymously phoned about the MH we were interested in and was informed it was still for sale. We have not heard anything from Jeremy or the manager!DON'T GO TO THIS GARAGE!!

Very kind and helpful! For our Motorhome we searched for a gas adapter connecting the german system. They searched in their warehouse and found a solution, they really helped us and saved our holiday. Thanks again for your support! ?

Though I had posted a review but looking I can?t see that I did. Bought a van a few months ago and the staff were so attentive and helpful. Had a few issues with selling our old van to pay the balance so it took long we anticipated but this a problem and we never felt any pressure. Very good and very professional. Would return here. I phoned, emailed, then called in with a view to selling a high class low mileage motorhome with some minor damage. Just downright rude and said not interested. Went to another main dealer and sold it same afternoon for a fair price.

I purchased a Hymer from a gentleman who had it delivered at the start of lockdown and decided it was not for him. It had less than 60 miles on the clock. I suppose inevitably issues come to light but that's why these things have warranty's. With very few miles the Thule step at the habitation door failed. Premier's response was that I had not purchased the vehicle from them so showed no interest. Eventually we got some service but they make you wait. There have been a number of issues in truth and one , actually 2 still remain. One is a trim issue and another is the main control panel inside. Because Premier took so long to get the parts from Hymer, the vehicle has gone out of warranty. I ended up fitting the panel myself to assist Premier in returning the old unit back to Hymer as they ceased to be a dealer at the end of 2021. The fact that the panel still has the same fault is pretty much indicative that the fault actually lies elsewhere. Premier accepts that but says that as it is out of warranty and they no longer have the franchise, it's not their problem. This is despite the fact that the interior trim is still scheduled to be fitted under warranty. Premier have been ambivalent throughout and strike me as being as awkward as possible. For example, they suggested that it be done during the coming winter as it doesn't affect the use of the van. I agreed and requested a date in mid_November. How much forward work have they got planned for November?? They have come back with 7th November. I know in my bones that they are messing me around but I'll take it there because it would be an expensive job to take elsewhere. They have some nice motorhomes for sale but my advice to any potential buyer is to take note of my experience and of those other poor reviews and take your business elsewhere.

Looking to purchase a new mobile home for long term travel within the UK. My Wife and I have a very healthy budget and when we found Premier Motorhomes on route to West Whittering decided to stop and take a look. Had some very interesting new mobile homes however the staff showed no interest in us. Maybe it was the fact that we turned up in a 2007 VW Polo. Guys, dont judge a book by its cover...will look elsewhere so your loss.

Unable to view a motorhome locally we contacted Premier ( a 3 hour drive away ) and were able to view two models we were interested in, one of which we bought and they took ours in part exchange. Both Andy and Jerry could not have been more helpful. On collecting our new Dethleffs motorhome Jerry gave a very comprehensive \\\"handover\\\" nothing was too much trouble and we would not hesitate in recommending them. They have a comprehensive selection of both new and pre-owned motorhomes to view and the biscuits really were lovely!

Just dropped our rental motorhome back at Premier Motorhomes. Had 4 great nights out in one of their vehicles. Johanna was very helpful and really friendly, the handover was simple to understand for a first timer like me. We were trying out before we buy and although it wasn't the layout we wanted it confirmed our thinking. We will be looking to try another one of their new range next year when the weather is a little warmer. If you are in two minds about a motorhome, give them a call and talk through your thinking it's really useful.

Great vehicle but tarnished due to the incompetence of after sales team. I am now out of pocket for tune of three hundred pounds. They ordered incorrect part and have taken so long to re order I?ve had to go elsewhere and now refusing a refund.
