The restaurant itself was nicely presented and food was very nice (probably a little expensive for what you get in my opinion). Only downside was that I'd been sat down around 10 minutes and was approached by a member of staff perhaps 3 or 4 times in the same amount of time to see if we were ready to order food (they were quite busy which was probably why)

No pizza at pizza express.
Pre booked a meal for 4 people on Christmas Eve at 7pm. On arrival, we were told by an unapologetic waitress, that they had run out pizza.
Prior to this review, I had contacted both Chichester restaurant and the main customer services and neither interested.
Very poor customer service.

A lovely restaurant in Chichester. Staff are always polite and pizzas are delicious. We're regular visitors whenever we're in Chichester.

It's a place they sell pizzas. Fairly reliably. lf I was in the market for a Pizza I'd consider this establishment again. They have an app (doesn't everyone) and you can collect points. You might get some free dough balls or something similar if you visit a lot.

Have been here 6 or 7 times in the last couple of months. Food is consistently great. Service is 2nd to none from all of the staff. Love the atmosphere and mood in there too.

This is not a disabled accessible restaurant so we had to grab a takeaway. This was disappointing but the food was actually very good. Our pizzas were gorgeous. Dough balls were a bit hit and miss. We had a bad experience where very salty and over worked dough was an issue this time. Not great when over £30 of the order was dough balls. We've usually found them to be really good. I'd say 7 out of 10 times. The garlic butters etc were excellent. I wouldn't order a take out dessert unless its the snowball doughballs.
Will definitely go again.

Terrible experience , when entered restaurant warned could be up to 45 mins wait however we waited nearly 2 hours for main course with no updates and When asked said food would be 3 mins then waited another 20 mins ! Service slow due to incessant deliveroo / Uber eats orders in which were served instantly . This unfortunately clearly slowed down the service for restaurant customers . Really disappointing experience for us and three tired hungry children would not ever go again . Customers around us had the same experience.

Visited Pizza Express in Chichester, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant was relatively quiet, and they seemed well-staffed, but despite this, they lost our order of two kids' pastas and a chicken pizza. We waited over an hour for our food, only to find out the delay was because they misplaced the order. There was hardly an apology, which made things worse. When the food finally arrived, the pasta was burnt and had to be reordered. The second one was a bit burnt too. Overall, the service was terrible, and we were left really unimpressed. Not a place I'd recommend based on this visit.
