“Not quite sure where all the previous negativity is coming from as it's not deserved. Admittedly its busy, mainly because Tesco is having a refit and it costs a fortune to park in town for other chemists. Just been in with two queries and both were sorted very quickly, politely and friendly manner despite a long queue; the duty pharmacist and his large team were non stop in the dispensary but he took time to come out and check what I needed and to give advice. This sure beats the horrendous wait in Tesco and the lack lustre customer interaction. Well done Stephens, long may you continue to serve the local residents with your personal service and touch.”
