“I have never had a bad experience at this store. Staff are always so willing to help and very knowledgeable. I must say how wonderful Sophie is. Went in today for some advice on worming and flea and tick treatment. Sophie absolutely blew me away with how she checked the ingredients, asked about my dog and cat to make sure she got the right treatments for us. There was no pressure to purchase the more expensive items and I really felt that all she was interested in was making sure both my dog and cat had the right treatments for them.Thank you Sophie”
