Today I was served by Georgia at the chichester store who was super friendly and really helpful. She told me about the deals in store and about the rewards programme etc. I went in for one item and came away with two. Super friendly team in there!

Purchased a bracelet in store but had to be ordered and posted to me, size was to big so returned it to 5 days for refund, ordered a smaller size and it was the same size as the one I had returned, so now having to return that one.

I bought a bracelet at my local store for my s-I-l for Christmas. It was too big & my local store didn?t have a smaller one. We were meeting up in West Wittering & after checking they had one, swapped the bracelet at Chichester. We were served by a dark haired girl wearing a Trainee badge. She was really helpful & I am sure she is/ will be a great asset to this little shop

I visited the Chichester store today to exchange a bracelet. I was served by Hannah. She was amazing, friendly and gave us the information we needed.
She was also incredibly kind. Thank you for what I found when I got home. I was so touched, I have only just stopped crying. There really is still kind people in this world ??

Wanted to buy a valentines present for my girlfriend. I have bought her a charm bracelet in the past and wanted to add to it. The choice was excellent and I was made aware of an offer that was currently running in store. The person who served me was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be using this shop again.

So impressed today with Pandora. Returned a safety chain I'd bought online as it wasn't quite right for my bracelet. Noticed the assistant, Billie, had a safety clasp and asked if I could see these. She showed me that one of existing charms worked much the same way. So she lost a sale but saved me money. Real customer service. A lovely lady to talk to. Thanks Pandora for employing decent staff.

Really nice shop , always busy , nice jewellery , only reason I haven't given it a 5 is because sometimes I walk in and its like they don't see me this is not all staff but some , so when I go in I make sure I know what im after.

Called into the chichester shop with a view to getting my wife an early birthday present of a charm bracelet, the young Sales assistant izzy was helpful, attentive and above all knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble although the shop was quite busy. Everything my wife wanted was in stock and she came away with exactly what she wanted. And for a change a pleasant shopping experience and supporting a local business.

My friend and I walked into the store twice today and were ignored both times. Fair enough the first time both the shop assistants were busy and after about 10 minutes we decided we'd come back later. When we arrived back in the store only one assistant was busy, we had a look around and just as I was about to walk up to the available assistant she blanked us, walked towards the door and welcomed in a different customer. We were rather offended we did not receive a welcome or an offer for help, so we left.
