Couldn't be less interested in customer care. I was told they might be able to help but probably best to come back another day despite there being two advisors with nothing more to do other than look at their phone or out of the window. If O2 are closing shops this should be at the top of the list. Dreadful!

Great Customer Service from the Manager of o2 shop in North Street, Chichester West Sussex. I am a pensioner and struggle with phone tech. I went with my daughter to the o2 shop; wanted to transfer my account to a newer iPhone and did not have a clue. The manager was brilliant, did not rush me, took time to explain everything. Good Customer Service like this is the best. Highly recommended!

Wanted some help and advice as have suddenly had major problems with the sudden huge loss of data. The assistant could not have been more disinterested or unhelpful. Directed me to phone on line support . It appeared that he could not /was not able/ did not want to /did not know advice . It was his manner in talking to me as if I was an idiot that I found so objectionable.
Very disappointing service. In fairness the service in the past has mostly been friendly and helpful which is why I decided my best option would be to chat to someone to give me some friendly informative advice . This occurred this morning at about 11.00.

On Thursday 13th April 2023 I popped into the O2 Store on North Street, Chichester around 5pm to make an enquiry, the enquiry I made was to see if my contract allowed me to upgrade my phone at any point during my contract, to which the heavily tattooed arm sales agent replied 'no' this is due to the date parameters in which my current phone contract was set up (December 2020), this means it doesn't qualify for the O2 'Switch Up' offer, I was also told I need to see my contract out before I can upgrade my phone or pay the contract off, I completely understand these terms, however, on my visit I was ready to buy a new phone, and was willing to sit down and work out a new deal, but the the sales agent showed no desire to want to give me any further information or discuss which phone I'm looking to upgrade to, In the end I just walked out and left pretty disappointed, I've bought several phones from this store and never been so poorly handled by a sales agent, I won't be going back. I work in sales and if a customer comes into see me with such a short period left on their agreement, they would be sat down at my desk within minutes, and the process would be underway, you really don't need to be that good to be good, it's just basic business in what is a highly competitive world.I hope the O2 area managers get to see this review, there's plenty of other network providers out there which I'll be looking to give my business to.

Was totally amazed at the customer service . Went in to purchase a new phone, but O2 no longer sell phones, monthly contract only. Our phone was dying and wanted a SIM Free deal . The assistant searched and found where we could purchase the phone we required, and then we returned to the shop and a full data transfer was done from old to new phone . Been customers for 30 years , 3 users, this shop has always been so helpful . BIG shout out to Mollie xx

Avoid. Go anywhere else, staffed by incompetent and untrained individuals. Not even basic covid hygiene observed. Swapped a SIM on a monthly tarif to find the staff member had used his personal phone number typed into a customer's phone to manage Apple verification. Phone was locked out and refused to affiliate with SIM. Arrived overseas with no phone, no access to contacts and no ability to even load the o2 app. Spent hundreds of pounds in calls and local sims and two days on to customer services......evetually told it should not have done. Breathtaking utterly shocking incompetence and still not resolved. Avoid at all costs.
