As a long time O2 customer, went in for some advice. Luckily, Ruby was working today. Not only was she kind and helpful, she went above and beyond. Changed my Sim card and expertly put on a screen saver on my new O2 S25. Thanks Ruby.

I called in to get advice because my (quite old) smartphone wasn't charging properly. There was one assistant sitting behind a computer in the corner, and he couldn't even be bothered to get up to greet me. He stayed there the whole time I was in the shop. I wondered if the charger was faulty. Without getting off his bottom and taking the phone to test it, he said no, it was the port, and I'd need a new phone. (How did he know?!) I took the phone home and tried a spare charger - absolutely fine; it charged to 100%. This isn't the first time I've had dreadful service from this man, but it will be the last. I am with 02, but I won't be visiting the shop again.

Completely incorrect advice given by "assistant" (not sure that's the right word), who couldn't be bothered to stand up to greet me. Visited your store yesterday due to previous problems with the Bognor branch and now closed down to which I now understand why ?
I had problems with my samsung watch, esim and logging onto my account and Zack was amazing!!! I am no good with technology. He helped me with everything I needed and although he couldnt fix my watch (damn) he put me onto the right track with the right knowledge and now I am getting a new watch!!! I have also made complaints to the right people thanks to Zack (about Bognor) and feel so much better about the situation than I did before going in! Thank you Zack for all you did. I could not be more grateful. Nice to talk to an honest person for once!!! Dont let this employee go!!!!

The person who dealt with us could not even bother to raise his body of a seat. He was not interested in what we were asking him to do. Couldn't wait to get back & play on his phone. I had to ask him if he had finished. Certainly not a good asset to your company.

Oh my, the gentleman in this branch were AMAZING. After having a terrible experience with O2 call centre who were rude to me and actually also the staff of the shop they quite literally went above and beyond to get my husbands phone working again after a run in with an Esim. It was a pleasure to gift them some treats from the local bakery afterwards for their efforts.

Zack was incredibly helpful and took time to help with all aspects of setting up my new phone. No job was too much for him and it made the stress of getting a new phone completely stress free. A fantastic staff member at Chichester O2. So pleased with this high level of customer service

I was very disappointed that having discovered my new Nokia phone would not recharge, this store being unable to replace it and unable to repair it, refused to refund my money to enable me to buy one elsewhere.
After a couple of days of dispute and very stressfully being up against a brick wall, they still refused to meet their legal obligation to refund my purchase on the spurious excuse that I did not have the original packaging (who in their right mind keeps the packaging from everything they ever purchase?).
I have returned it to them and I am still waiting for a repair, a replacement or a refund. See photo of the return. If they come clean and do one of the above, I might change this review!

I recently visited the 02 Chichester store with high hopes of upgrading my phone to a folding device, as my usage needs have changed due to starting a small business. Despite having 02 Switch Up, which allows me to change my phone every three months, the staff showed no interest in assisting me. They were more engrossed in their own phones than in helping customers. Frustrated with the lack of service, I ended up making the purchase online. Save yourself the trouble and avoid 02 Chichester at all costs.

Had a big problem with an order that was done online and the staff here were 10/10 the tall blonde man was 100x more helpful than the O2 actual customer service, can?t recommend them enough will most likely go in store for anything now rather than doing it online

The staff was so kind. They took there time helping me, and answered all my questions. Got my phone taken care of and they did not try to up sell me in an offensive way. (All though they did try, lol.)
