Food was okay, typical mcdonalds. Service was quite slow.. not great. They cleaned the table though as we were waiting for our good, that was nice.

Worst McDonald's I have ever had. Big tasty burger was cold, along with the bacon and cheese, and whatever they've done to the chips these days haa made them taste worse than cheap oven chips. There are much better burger places, think its time McDonald's stepped up as, when talking to friends, this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident with this store. Won't be bothering again.

Excellent as always. I'm not a McDonald's fan as I'm vegetarian, I stopped to get my granddaughter a happy meal ,which she enjoyed.

when my wife comes and orders food for the family to day to take away for five of us spends good money then gets short changed on the chips she ordered all large chips we got less than half of a small portion of chips I even gave my kids my chips to make up for it they still didn't have that much I am not happy money is tight as it is then McDonald's rips u off bloody disgusting wouldn't come there now if u paid me

Unfortunately, we didn?t make it in time for close but the two staff members, Joe and Amy were lovely and accommodating so gave us whatever they had left. We stocked up on apple pies and chocolate orange pies for the night. Thankyou so much, we appreciate it.

Arrived not too late in the evening and wanted to eat in, and there was little suggestion that this wasn't available - there were table service cards and others eating. When we tried to sit where others were we were told we couldn't eat in. this was like 4 hours before close. okay nbd, we go up and advise about this and ask for it to be takeaway. food wasn't too long. worker brought it on a tray and was looking for the table card number, so they obvious were not aware seating was closed in the kitchen. we had to catch him and say we want it takeaway, and then watched them touch the food to put it into a bad. it was just a weird experience to have seating closed but no signs or indication that is it takeaway only. very offputting and I don' think I will come back because of that

Not my local and a one-off visit. Service was slow but it was absolutely rammed in half term and the staff were doing their absolute best. They really could have done without the table service and the people not coming when their order was called, then complaining that they'd been waiting. I kind of felt that the customers were the problem and the staff deserved better.
