I popped in to buy some bath bombs for my children and I was served by the lovely Suzanne with THE most wonderful curly hair. I asked her about the products she used, as a curly head too. She gave me such interesting advice and recommended the leave in conditioner followed up with a really lovely chat about hair care, and then she gifted me a Barbie bath bomb! Thank you so much Suzanne. XI love the Chichester store, it?s always so welcoming. We?ve had a few birthday parties there and the children go to the half term workshops and have always had a wonderful time.

Amazing!I had a lush spa voucher that unfortunately I couldn?t use for a treatment so I could swap it for a normal voucher to use in store! I had Suzanna help me as my skin can be abit sensitive to some fragrances, So she showed me all products that I would be able to use! Always such lovely workers in store both girls were so joyful and bubbly would always recommend :)

The service in Chichester Lush is always 10/10, the staff really know their products and are passionate about what they do - especially Suzanna, she?s always so friendly and helpful. She takes the time to talk to you and discuss hair/skin types and recommends products that will suit, which I find super helpful as it can be quite overwhelming when you don?t know what you are looking for! Suzanna is a real asset to your team!

Popped into this lush shop and was such a lovely atmosphere. The staff were lovely and more than happy to help and advise. Beautifully arranged stock and lots of it. All round brilliant service and will definitely be shopping here again.

I found some products online, but I wasn?t sure which was best for skin type so I thought I would pop into the store. The store was busy, but the lady who greeted me, gave me her time and she was super helpful. I never leave reviews, but after the service I received from the lovely Sheryl, I had to! A real asset to the team! I left with what I was looking for? and of course a bath bomb!

I didnt go in but my husband was pleased and he bought me 2 bath bombs. One was a Teddy bear that was the sleepy scent, I've loved this since someone got me the shower gel a few years back, it was very relaxing with little pieces of i think lavender. Also a hippo that didn't look like much but a nice subtle scent, once used it made my bath look like a deep purple night sky with glittery stars floating around in it, I was pleasantly surprised.

Amazing staff in this store. The store assistant that helped me was very good and informative. I was buying for my daughter, my male partner and a friend who was undergoing chemo. She was so helpful, friendly, informative and knowledgeable and at the end of it she gave me a sample so top marks there. Well done her.
