I went into Lush today with my partner and his 11yr old daughter as a late birthday present for her. I explained to one of the lovely ladies in store, Jade B, about how my partner's daughter can get can be quite nervous when talking to new people and she can get anxious when under pressure to make decisions, she also has sensitive skin but was really keen to have a look as she'd never been into Lush before.
Jade B was phenomenal when talking to her and helping her decide what she would like to try. Me and my partner took a step back and allowed the two of them to discuss different products and it was lovely to see how confident Jade B made her feel. We came away with amazing products that will be gentle on the skin and also smell amazing. Jade B went above and beyond to make her first trip to Lush so amazing! She didn't stop talking about all the way home!
Thank you Jade B for making our little girls' day and she has already said she would like to come back again when you are on shift!

I had an amazing experience at lush Chichester. Very grateful to have been able to come along and learn about all the smells, it was very informative. Even got to make my own bath bomb! Couldn?t recommend more. Special shout out to Rose, Jet and Freya for their amazing hospitality.

Had the loveliest experience at the fragrance and bath bomb evening. Rose was so welcoming. Jet and Freya were so kind and supportive when making a bath both. Freya then supported me in finding my favourite scent. 10/10 evening to unwind, be creative and have some ?me time?. Thank you ladies.

The beautiful staff member Jet was simply awesome... without a doubt she is an absolute credit to the Lush Team. NOTHING was too much trouble, she genuinely made me feel good about myself and for that I am truly grateful. I purchased more than I had planned purely because of Jet. Fantastic friendly customer service! ?
I recently visited my local Lush in Chichester after seeing some perfumes that I was interested in on the website.
I am a huge fan of Ginger and the now discontinued Sikkim Girls scent and wanted to find an alternative, as I have nearly run out.
Unfortunately , they didn?t have the samples I wanted in store but Rose very kindly offered to bring her own collection for me to try. So I made an appointment to return to try them.
It was so helpful and totally above and beyond customer service! I went away happy with my purchase of a bottle of 29 High Street perfume and Cinders body spray, which I highly recommend ?
