Rose was extremely helpful. I went in to enquire about buying a new scent. Rose gave me invaluable advice on how to get my sense of smell back, that I had lost to Covid.

I had an amazing experience at lush Chichester. Very grateful to have been able to come along and learn about all the smells, it was very informative. Even got to make my own bath bomb! Couldn’t recommend more. Special shout out to Rose, Jet and Freya for their amazing hospitality.
