Such a lovely lady Jane, dealt with my account problems, and more. I accused the bank for my problem, but it was something I had ommitted to do.Just very grateful for spending the time and going the extra to meet the needs.

Not helpful at all with their new opening hours. People who work Monday to Friday are no longer able to bank. Telephone service wasn't at all helpful either!
