This was my husband and I's first time going through the rental process with Leaders and I would highly recommend it. Max did our viewing and kept us informed the whole way through the process up until we have moved into the property. He answered all our questions honestly at the viewing and has been transparent and informative the whole way through the process. Haven't had hot water for 2 months now. Leaders in Chichester repeatedly promise to help but do nothing. Alexandra especially has been most unhelpful. Seems like they're happy to treat tenants as inhuman while breaking the law. Will be raising our case to the ombudsman and seeking damages from leaders.

Absolutely disgraceful service, avoid at all costs!This establishment has bullied, threatened and outright lied in pursuing a fine of £50 for leaving a poorly managed property without changing the batteries on the fire alarms - yes that?s £50 for 4 AA batteries.To make matters WORSE we were told that the situation had been resolved by a member of staff on the phone and the case was closed weeks ago?Without warning we were told that we would be pursed by debt collectors and taken to the adjudicators if we did not pay the fine which we were told had ALREADY been resolved.Charging £50 for battery replacement is absurd BUT how it has been dealt with by Leaders has been outright disgraceful, causing much unnecessary stress and anguish.Zero care or consideration for tenants.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Disgraceful. No consistency with staff. Appalling customer service. Told three different things from three different people resulting in a charge that was completely unjustified - £50 for smoke alarm batteries!? We left a property in August last year and we were told over the phone by an employee that we didn't owe any money on fire alarm battery replacement only to be chased for it months later with threats of it going to an adjudicator if not paid. Tried to phone the office multiple times to ask them to review their supposedly recorded telephone conversations only to be fobbed off continuously. What a joke.

Recently started renting with Leaders. The experience we have had is brilliant, Max Roger has been so helpful and approachable. Very prompt response over phone calls and emails and answered all enquiries professionally and promptly.Thanks.

I will never use leaders again and if you?re smart you shouldn?t either. When we initially looked at property?s the team at leaders couldn?t be more helpful but when we moved in we knew we made a massive mistake. We would pay rent only to be harassed by automated emails to say we didn?t, we were left with no hot water for weeks despite calling and emailing. When we eventually moved out we were charged £400 for an end of tenancy clean but couldn?t provide any receipts and all offers we put in were declined and when we tried calling the office they would hang up. This is your warning to go with someone else this company is awful.

We are really happy to have Julie as our property manager, move to this property about 6 or 7 months ago and we could be more happy with Julie's work. Nothing is too much for her and she's a true caring person, all the issues we reported are being sorted so quickly and smoothly all thanks to her. Is always amazing when we speak on the phone. I been renting from leaders for 3 y. On the beginning with Charlotte as our manager was good until they change her for Tino, after the change its been a nightmare no communication no repairs done nothing. Costumer service is a 0.Today is our last day of renting thru them and thank God. We been told from few weeks that the checkout appointment is gonna be done today at 9am we call couple times and been told that Hanna is running late that she pick up the keys and is on her way. After an 1.5h we get a call that it's been a miss communication and the checkout appointment is tomorrow joke. Loosing our time for nothing. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend.

Very very poor experience with leaders letting department. They never reply to emails or call back . Still waiting for a rent statement for an elderly tenant I am assisting they just ignore us . Having to go to the deposit dispute service due to deducting a large part of the gentlemen?s deposit . No one returns calls or emails for discussion . They do not seem to be able to use their own depository system . Tenants beware, landlords avoid you will have very unhappy tenants . Julie Pratt you are ignoring all emails !
