Hit a kerb in Pompey last Friday, phoned Kwik Fit Plus at Chichester after experiencing
juddering through the steering on the way home, and was able to have the front wheels
tracked the following morning within the hour. Now seems fine. Prompt, friendly and helpful service. Thank you.

Ive decided to grant 5 stars because the service here has excelled as the approach to a general change of a tyre. Had to bring my van in, in passing and due to nature of my job I get very limited time to change tyres etc so after enquiring they informed to bring it down and can get it sorted..
Nice to see a kwikfit where nothing is too much trouble.

We went to the Camberley Kwik Fit garage as we had a flat tyre. Our Hyundai Bayon like most cars does not have a spare wheel. We managed to get enough air in it to get to their Camberley branch. They were all very friendly. They checked if they had the correct tyre in stock which luckily they did. They straight away fitted it and also checked all the wheels torque settings. The young lad who carried out the tyre change was brilliant at his job and friendly too. we were very relieved to have it done at short notice. We would certainly recommend the Camberley branch in Surrey.

Really helpful staff.
I have just returned from another visit to Kwik Fit in Chichester and I have to say their service is as good as ever - special mention to Aaron (hope I chose the correct spelling!) and Jordan, both extremely helpful, polite and friendly.
I will continue to thoroughly recommend them.

Air con regas.... all done in timely fashion no complaints there but few days later air con wasnt cold anymore. Phoned up and told to come back and tested system with temp guage. Not working so got refund, no checking system just told to go to a garage. Bit poor service if you ask me. Shame as good team of guys ????

Car needed a high load 103 tyre. Sold a continental 103. Fitter couldn't find one but an admin guy hunted and found 1 on rack. They actually fitted a lower load tyre without telling me and charged for the high load. Querying 2 days later the same admin guy apologised and ordered in the correct tyre. Oddly though he didn't check the fitted tyre itself. It's clear to me he knew they had deliberately fitted the lower spec tyre . Correct tyre now on 2 days later but no happy they were prepared to risk my families safety by lying about the fitted tyre.

I couldn't have asked for better service. I got a puncture in one tyre and damaged another (pot hole). I called the team, they said I could come down straight away. They got them both sorted and me back on my way in the hour. Thank you Chichester KwikFit

Today I had a rear tyre punctured by a nail. I took the car to Kwik Fit Chichester , as I have had excellent service from them in the past.
They dealt with the puncture immediately and quickly, particular thanks to Aaron.
My daughter had a tyre wrecked by a pothole a few months ago and had similar excellent service from Kwik Fit Chichester as well.
I cannot speak highly enough of their consistently first class customer service.
