I have had a terrible experience and it has left me very upset how people can be so rude I was a customer asking for cercitis shacets the dark haired 30 something women asked loudly and rudely how old are you again how old are you I was shocked and replied why do I have to tell you that we'll I can't give them until you tell me I told her I'm 69 well you can't have them. How very embarrassing it was as there were people in the queue. This women should learn some manners. I'm so disgusted with the treatment I had received

Literally tried to publicly shame me for needing a morning after pill. The lady handling my order kept shouting that?s what I was there for and people were staring. It was sickening.

I don't like going anywhere for travel vaccines other than my doctors, but due to the shortage of a vaccine I needed, I chose to have them done at Kamsons. I have a needle phobia, but William and the team were truly understanding. William was great, very gentle and I was always seen on time. Very great team here, 100% will come back should I require anything else!

Took me 4 attempts to get my prescription Dr told me it be ready after 5pm and after walking 30 mins in the rain I was told it weren?t ready. Then went the next day to have to wait 30 mins and then my apple pay wouldn?t work and was told to just take the 30 mins walk home to get my actual card but I went and got cash and was told the wrong amount so had to go back and get more cash. So stressful and waste of my time be using boots in the future

Very rude lady with blonde hair and glasses behind the till refusing to give an emergency prescription until 2hrs time as working alphabetically, the item was confirmed in stock but she didn?t undertake the emergency request from the GP. Do not use this service.

I used this pharmacy for prescription services and in my opinion it?s excellent. Pharmacy staff were polite and professional not only to myself but others waiting. Excellent service on a busy Wednesday afternoon. Thankyou.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, not a very pleasant experience at all. I generally try to use local and independent shops but in this case I will be going back to Boots.

Unfortunately my poor health means i have to visit a pharmacy regularly am glad though Kamsons is very close. All the staff know me by name and am always greeted by friendly professional people who deal with my needs promptly. Thanks to Will and the team for your help and service.. Awful service. I only needed one medication on prescription but I was told I'd have to wait 2 hours for it. While I was in the que, I witnessed 2 pharmacy assistants being really rude to an elderly gentleman waiting for his medication. He was only asking if his medication was ready but they were really rude in response. Absolutely no way to treat customers specially elderly people. I don't recommend this pharmacy at all because of the poor customer service and will never be coming back again.

Dreadful service .. If you call, you are on hold for at least 10 mins, every time. Depending who answers the phone, depends on the service you receive. One member of staff is very helpful and polite, another down right rude and unhelpful.. Had to drive to Pulborough Branch to get required prescription filled!
