Went in today to enquire about a dishwasher, guy in there couldn?t be less interested and borderline rude. Clearly not suited to customer service career. Won?t be returning.

The man did not acknowledge us as we looked around the shop, as he was too busy on the phone. We decided to leave and then he finished his call. We explained clearly and specifically what we wanted. Then came all the excuses about the waiting times etc. I asked him to be more specific on them and he told us one customer had been waiting over six months.He then told us to come back when we knew exactly what we wanted, but I'd just told him. Obviously having a bad day but that is no excuse for his attitude. Customer Service was non existent.

Wanted a small basic radio for my kitchen. They had exactly what I wanted a very good price. Easy to tune in so was able to set it up straight away when I got home.

Doesn't care about Consumer Rights. Threatened and distressed my eldery 87 year old disabled mother, and refused to refund her, after very bad service. Told her he'd dump fridge in driveway after she complained. The man is off his head do not deal with him.

What a nice man! I asked him for some help to urgently get a new fridge, and although in the end I wasn't able to use Johnstons (too complicated to explain here) he couldn't have been nicer or more courteous. He did some extensive research on my behalf, and quickly, and when I rang to apologise and say I was going to have to go elsewhere, he was so kind about it, saying not to worry and if things fell through I should come back. He even thanked me for calling him to apologise! Use this company!!

I have found the two guys in this shop incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They really went out of their way to sort out problems i was having with my TV. I was really impressed they they were willing to as most shops aren't bothered with customer service these days. I can really highly recommend them.
