Great customer service, even when I was being flaky and indecisive. Good input and using their knowledge I got perfect kitchen appliances which suited me.

Went in today to enquire about a dishwasher, guy in there couldn’t be less interested and borderline rude. Clearly not suited to customer service career. Won’t be returning.

The man did not acknowledge us as we looked around the shop, as he was too busy on the phone. We decided to leave and then he finished his call. We explained clearly and specifically what we wanted.
