Don?t use them!
Initial contact lovely, I had a simple request of getting some mud spots from my dress.
£20 quid later I was returned a ruined dress as they bleached my cream dress and now have white streaks on my dress
Only noticed when I was going to wear it for a wedding, called to complain and the reaction was ?well it?s better than then mud stains isn?t it!?
Terrible, go somewhere else ?

So shocked!
I put a blue jacket in for cleaning but it came back pressed only!
Just realised it?s still stained and still smelly!
Don?t use this dry cleaners.
They just press your clothes and don?t clean them.

Could not recommend Johnson?s cleaners more. The level of customer service is second to none, as well as bringing my jacket back to life. A special mention to Tracey who went above and beyond to not just clean marks away but also have it returned to me in under 24 hours. Thank you Tracey and team, I will be using you for all my dry cleaning needs!

I wish I read the reviews before getting my puffer coat drycleaned? 28 pounds, part of the fluff lost due to a small hole on the inside of the coat (which was missed) and a broken belt later here I am reading these reviews? the staff member was really rude, no eye contact, no engagement, left me feeling like I?m in the wrong asking for my coat to be drycleaned. Hence didn?t even come back to inquire about the broken belt. It?s a convenient place for dry cleaners but customer service is awful. I?d rather travel to town centre and be meeted warmly rather than go here again?

Just dropped off a jacket this morning (3/11/23) for cleaning at the Chichester Sainsbury's agency and the young member of staff was utterly rude, surly, abrupt, didn't say "please" or "thank-you", hardly even looked up, didn't offer to let me know when it would be ready - just dropped the ticket on the counter - I had to ask. I was on the verge of saying something, but knew that this would clearly offend him/her and I would be the one ending up in the dock. Next time I take an item there, if I see the same person behind the counter I will turn around and leave immediately. There used to be a really nice, polite and helpful chap there; please bring him back.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Kept waiting for 6 minutes to be served - said ?hello? a couple of times but to no effect. No bell or buzzer available and certainly no staff. When staff member did arrive they could not have been less interested - handed over goods in most perfunctory manner. Is there no ?front of house? training available for this person? Everything about this person screams?I hate my job?!

I took my wedding dress in to be cleaned and couldn't have been more pleased with the service.Very friendly staff, a very reasonable price, quick turn around (1 week!) and best of all, it looks brand new. The staff took such great care of my dress and after hearing horror stories from other brides of places they sent theirs for cleaning, I'll be pointing anyone I speak to in the direction of Johnstons Chichester in the future.

Took a suit to be pressed and dry cleaned, when I got it back it was stuffed between so many other customers garments that whatever pressing they did was ruined, they also didn?t line up the trouser pleat so I ended up with two lines down the front of my trousers

Previously, at a dry cleaners in Midhurst, I had a Mulberry silk Duvet completely ruined, then had a dreadful time trying to get compensation. I am more than happy to say I recently had a Mulberry silk Duvet laundered at Johnsons branch in Chichester and the young lady [down from Borden] gave exemplary service. Not only was the duvet washed and dried correctly but when I collected it the following weekend and dropped off another one her knowledge and advice was extremely good. will definitely return here.

Really good service. I had alterations done to a coat and service washes. Very quick in both departments. Would recommend.
