Just had a stroller and carrier appointment and found it super helpful. Emma never rushed us or felt pressured to purchase in anyway. Answered my 100 questions. Thank you very much. I went away to collect my thoughts and went straight back to purchase later that day.

Ordered Thai chicken soup with baguette and a coffee. Soup was ?warm? and very salty. Baguette was actually half. When i queried it was told ?its a baguette? Coffee was poor quality. Queried with a manager who offered to ?heat up? the soup. Said they would feedback my comments. Second visit, first experience was poor. Gave them a second chance, no improvement.
Disappointed so did not bother with any in store purchases, went back home.
?Never knowingly undersold? statement needs to extend to its coffee shop facility.

Lovely store and really great staff. The manager and staff at this store were very polite and courteous.
My wife who has has been going through a really serious health issue lately and had her mind was set on a particular Christmas tree that was out of stock.
I really wanted this tree for my wife and I made a suggestion to the manager, thinking I would be turned down, to my delight the manager made it happen.
Obviously the manager and staff didn't know about my wife's health condition. But if they do happen to read this I am really gratefully. As the tree brings a much needed to smile to her face. Thank you John Lewis Chichester were the spirit of Christmas is very much still alive
